Description
Plasma treatment is an auxiliary device placed on the folder-gluer, which uses high-voltage electricity to superheat the air and transform atoms into supercharged ions.
A nozzle placed on the flap, immediately before the application of the glue, directs this flow of ionized gas that will become the gluing point of the box.
The ions break the tension of the substrate surface and create a porous effect that allows better adhesion, thereby achieving better adhesiveness of the glue.
